All of our lingerie, clothing, accessories, and toys are tested by both the manufacturer and Perth Sex Toys 24/7 for quality assurance and to make sure they are in working order before being delivered to the customer (including tears, marks/stains, testing of charger ports and cords, and packaging seals).
It is the customers responsibility to inspect your toys and test them within 2 hours of them being delivered to your nominated address. If you notice there is a fault, please advise us within the 2 hour window.
Customers are required to pay for a courier (Uber courier or Didi delivery) returning the faulty product and parts in their original state to us.
We will re-test the product, and if we deem it is faulty via the way of a manufacturing defect, we will re-imburse the courier charge and re-deliver you a replacement toy.
We do not issue full refunds. We can offer store credits if we are out-of-stock of that product. If the toy is found to be in working order, or if it is not the exact brand new toy we delivered, your return request will be denied and no refund for the courier or the product will be issued.
We will endeavor to inspect your item and reply within a two hour time frame of our decision.
