Delivery Policy

Perth Sex Toys 24/7 is committed to fast, discreet, and reliable delivery across Perth.

Our 3-Hour Delivery Promise

We promise to deliver all orders within 3 hours from the moment payment is received (applies to deliveries between Butler and Mandurah). If this delivery promise is not met, and your delivery arrives 3 hours or more after the time you made an order, the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total order value (excluding delivery fees).

Delivery Fees

A flat express delivery fee of $29.99 applies to all delivery addresses within 30km of the Perth CBD.

For delivery addresses located more than 30km from the Perth CBD, additional delivery charges apply. These are calculated based on additional distance travelled and time spent driving.

Cash on Delivery (Orders Over $500)

We accept cash payments for orders over $500. A deposit of $100 must be paid in advance to secure the order and activate cash-on-delivery eligibility.

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered either by a Perth Sex Toys 24/7 driver or a partnered rideshare service such as Uber or DiDi.

Handover to Rideshare Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to a rideshare driver and a tracking link has been provided to the customer:

• Perth Sex Toys 24/7’s responsibility is complete.
• Customers must ensure they are available and ready to meet the driver at the front of the delivery address.
• Any waiting fees, delays, additional charges, or redelivery costs caused by the customer not meeting the driver must be paid by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for contacting the rideshare company directly to organise redelivery. Perth Sex Toys 24/7 cannot contact the rideshare service on behalf of the customer.

Customer Availability – you must be ready to meet the driver out the front of your address

Customers must ensure they are available during the delivery window. Refunds do not apply if delays are caused by the customer being unreachable or unavailable.

If you order needs to be re-delivered, the customer is liable for payment re-delivery fees and is responsible for all communications with the relevant rideshare driver. Perth Sex Toys 24/7 does not facilitate any communication between the customer and rideshare company.
