Returns Policy

No Returns on Intimate Products

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our entire range, including but not limited to:

• Sex toys and intimate devices
• Lingerie, underwear and body-worn items
• Lubricants, oils and consumables
• Any product designed to come into contact with intimate areas

This policy applies even if the item is unused, unopened or in original packaging.

This ensures we maintain the highest hygiene standards and do our part to help prevent the spread of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) within the Western Australian community.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives faulty or not functioning, please contact us immediately within 3hrs of receiving your product. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

We may request photos or a short video to help assess the issue. In some cases, a manufacturer’s assessment may be required.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please make sure to read the description, specifications, and sizing charts to guide your decision purchasing products.
